Sati Enterprises (IND) Private Limited represents over six decades of continuous family enterprise in bulk liquid logistics. Our origins trace to 1962, when our family firm was first established in Mangalore, Karnataka. The Sati Enterprises partnership firm followed in 1975, growing into one of South India's most trusted names in speciality chemical road transport.
In 2025, we consolidated our family of partnerships and proprietorship firms — built over 60 years — into a single, structured private limited company. Sati Enterprises (IND) Private Limited is the amalgamation and successor of all those entities, carrying forward their legacy, client relationships, and operational expertise under one unified corporate identity.
We specialise in the road transport of speciality chemicals — a highly regulated, safety-critical segment that demands expertise, compliance, and operational discipline. Our fleet operates across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and beyond, with carrying capacity growing at 30% year on year.
Our clients include some of the world's largest multinational chemical and paint companies — AkzoNobel, BASF, Sika AG, PPG Asian Paints, JSW Paints — who trust us with materials that demand the highest standards of handling. Revenue has grown consistently at over 10% year on year for three consecutive years.
Our client portfolio spans multinational chemical companies, domestic paint and coatings manufacturers, petroleum refineries, sugar mills, and food-grade liquid producers. Many of these relationships span decades and have grown with us through our consolidation into a private limited company.
Our fleet is predominantly stainless steel — 304, 306, and 316 grade — suitable for food-grade, chemical, and pharmaceutical liquid transport. Dedicated MS tankers are maintained for fuel oil applications. All tankers comply with PESO and ADR norms. We hold valid transportation authorisations with all Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) with active contract codes.
